About Anthony
Anthony Cataldi is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working in the mental health field since 2012. Anthony has extensive experience with many different types of issues such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, DID, and others. He specializes in trauma, EMDR, Family Therapy, and Group Therapy.
Anthony also draws from extensive world travel, a diverse caseload, and ongoing continuing education to inform his practice with the importance of cultural sensitivity. Anthony obtained his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College in 2012 and began practicing in a community mental health center, and established a private practice shortly thereafter.
Upon moving to Colorado, Anthony continued his work in community mental health centers and expanded his private practice to new realms. Anthony began using roleplaying games in therapeutic groups in 2017. Since then, group members of all ages and with varied issues have found significant, lasting, positive change from participating in the therapy groups. Developing a curriculum for Wilderness Therapy, Anthony has pioneered exciting new ways to address mental health concerns with a variety of clients. Anthony is also trained in EMDR: an intensive treatment designed to help clients process deep trauma, distressing events, and severe mood issues.
A dynamic and holistic approach to mental health support is essential in building an effective treatment plan for clients. Anthony offers in-person and online counseling to clients of all ages. A variety of evidence-based coping strategies, interventions, and techniques will allow clients to achieve the results they seek.
